Victoria (Vickie) Fritzsche (nee Lang) March 4, 1958 - January 4, 2024

Victoria (Vickie) Fritzsche (nee Lang), age 65, passed away on Thursday January 4th, 2024, at Saint Elizabeth Fort Thomas hospital. She passed surrounded by the love of family and friends. She was born on March 4th, 1958, to Jerome and Emma Lang (nee Pilcher) and was raised in Withamsville, OH. Vickie married Gary Fritzsche on September 19th, 1987. She was a Medical Technologist for many years, until she was no longer able to work due to her health. Vickie struggled with chronic health conditions in the recent years, but she always maintained a positive attitude. In her spare time, she enjoyed making soap and even created Ridge Hill Soap Company with her husband, Gary. Vickie adored being a mother to her two daughters, Lydia and Lana, and thrived as a grandmother to her sweet granddaughter, Blair. Vickie is survived by her husband Gary Fritzsche, daughters Lydia Fritzsche (Derek Budzinski), Lana Smith (Chase), granddaughter Blair Smith, sisters Fran Bachmeyer (Dave), Ginnie Gibson (Earl), Polly Grismayer (Klaus), Peggy Andersen (Gene), brothers Al Lang (Carla), Jerry Lang (Joni), along with numerous nieces and nephews.

A visitation and celebration of life will be held for Vickie on Thursday January 11th, 2024, from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home on Kellogg Avenue, Cincinnati OH. Her funeral mass will be held on Friday January 12th, 2024, at 11:00am at Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Cold Springs, KY with a viewing beginning at 10:30am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Vickie’s memory to the American Arthritis Foundation or to the Animal Welfare organization of your choice.

    Man…am I gonna miss this lady. I worked with Vicki at the Health Aliance, Labone, and Quest for 12 years and she was onw of the most wonderful people I knew. My condolences to the family and all who knew her. I love and will miss you Fritzsche!!

    Vickie was such a sweet lady! I know it’s been years since I’ve seen her, although when I’d see her at craft shows selling their soaps, we’d have a great conversation. I truly feel for the family and extend my condolences to you all.
