RUSSELL
William E, “Bill” Jr, 63 of Newport passed away Sept 19 at his home. Bill served 2 tours of duty in the Army during the Vietnam War. He is survived by his loving children Javier (Amanda) Ochoa, Matthew (Tabitha) Russell and Williams E (Lydia) Russell, III, 7 grandchildren, brothers Gary (Shirley) Russell, Harry and Steven Ahr, sisters Bonnie Waller and Julie Richardson and many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers donations are requested to the funeral home. Visitation will be held Mon, Sept 23 from 5pm until time of service at 8pm at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Newport.
