William F, “Billy” 45 of Newport passed away Feb 12 at St. Elizabeth Ft. Thomas. He is survived by his loving mother Gerry Mangold, aunt Carol Weber and uncle Bob Weber, cousins Teresa (Pat McAllister) Cox, Nancy (Tom) Oberle, Ryan Oberle, Catie Oberle, Brian (Alexis) Weber, Cathy Helm, Cathy (Ed) Rawe, Kelly Spier and Tom Whitehead. A memorial mass will be held at Holy Spirit Parish at a later date. Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Newport serving the family.
