William J. “Bill” Neltner, passed June 30, 2013 at the age of 94. Bill is survived by his loving children Beverly Costello (Lee) White, Barry (Marty) Neltner, and Bert (Maryann) Neltner. Mr. Neltner is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Bill is preceded in death by wife of 67 years Bernice “nee Schuchter” Neltner. He fought for our freedom during WWII in the Army working on the rail road supply lines in the Asiatic Pacific Theater and later worked for Penn Central Rail Road after the war where he later retired. Mr. Neltner was a parishioner of St. Josephs Catholic Church in Cold Spring, Ky. all of his life. Bill was a member of the Campbell County Farmers Market and an avid gardener. The visitation will be held at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home and Crematory in Cold Spring, Ky., Sunday July 7, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm with Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cold Spring, Ky., Monday July 8, at 10:00am with committal service following at St. Stephens Cemetery, Ft.
