Gwendolyn Carol Turner, born to Robert and Mary Ross in Cincinnati, Ohio on June 15th, 1939 passed away on December 21st 2013 at age 74. Preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Lonnie Turner, brother Robert Ross, sister Rita Johnson and sons Thomas Mullins Jr. and Richard “Red Dog” Turner, sister in law Delores Turner, brothers in law Donnie “Joe Donut” Turner, Larry “Sneaky Pete” Turner, James Turner, Dennis Turner, and Nick French; sisters in law Sherry Turner and Dorothy Turner; and Mother and Father in law Edith and Elmer Turner. Carol was a long time supervisor at a local drapery manufacturing company, loved the outdoors, and enjoyed playing cards and cooking for friends and family.
Carol is survived by her daughters Sharon Mullins Piccirillo and husband George Matthew, Tonya Turner Bauerle and husband John; daughter-in-law, Samantha Turner; grandchildren Nicholas Herald and wife Michelle, Ashley Bates and husband Casey, Taylor Piccirillo, Dustin Bauerle, Cody Bauerle, Kristie Bauerle, Vanessa Carol Turner, and Nicholas Turner; great-grand-children, Landon Herald, Brady and Corbin Stogner, Gavin Hearld, Mark Daniel Bauerle, Taya Montana Bauerle; sisters in law Lula Sue Turner-French, Nawana Turner-Weber, Janice Ruth “Bulldog” Turner, and Deborah Sue “Lil Deb” Turner; brothers in law Darryl “Jew Boy” Turner, David Turner, Gary “Daddy Jam” Turner, and Robert “Foe” Turner; brother-in-law Rick Weber; sisters-in-law Debbie Turner, Cathy Turner, Nikki Turner, Debbie Broughton, Carol “Fire” LaLonde, and Pam Turner; also survived by four other sisters and many more beloved nieces, great nieces, nephews and great nephews.
