Jack J. Norris, age 82, of Cold Spring, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at St. Elizabeth in Edgewood, Kentucky. He was born on February 2, 1944, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to the late James Norris and Melba (Diden) Norris. He attended NKU on the GI Bill. Jack married Linda Smith in 1973. He worked as a SeeBee in the United States Navy and then a variety of roles after leaving, satellite tracking for Philco-Ford, computer programming for the DAV and Convergys.

Jack is survived by his daughter, Monique Cabrera; son, Matthew Norris; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Norris, and his parents. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation.
