Paul A, 86 of Newport passed away Wed, Oct 3 at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Ft. Thomas. Paul is preceded in death by his wife, Grace Cox. Survived by his daughter Teresa Cox, grandson Zachary Cox, sisters Carol (Robert) Weber and Geraldine Mangold, neices, nephews, cousins and friends. Paul was a retired structural engineer and a World War II Army veteran. In past years he served terms on the former Newport Structures Code Appeals Review Board. He had been a member of the former St. Vincent DePaul Parish Council, the St. Vincent DePaul Society, the Concord Coalition and various other organizations. Visitation will be held Tues, Oct 9 from 10am until time of service at 1pm at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Newport. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Holy Trinity School, 840 Washington Ave, Newport, KY 41071, the St. Vincent DePaul Society or charity of choice.
