Thelma “Franny” Line (nee Cain), 89 of Independence, KY passed away February 18, 2024, at her home. She is preceded in death by her husband Raymond Line. Survived by her loving children Garrett Line, Donna (Steve) Swenk, Wesley (the late Anderia) Line and Belinda Hammons, grandchildren April, John, Jeff, Brittany, Wesley, Laura and Jason, great-grandchildren Brad, Anthony, Nathan, Alivia, Charlotte, Athena, Oliver and Adalyn, sisters Margaret Singleton and Lucille “Peach” (Bruce) Kirby and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 21, 2024, from 10am until time of service at 12 noon at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Newport. Burial to immediately follow at Peach Grove Cemetery.
