It is with deep sadness that the family of Carole E. Perry announces her passing on August 29th at the age of 64. She is survived by her daughters Martha (Benjamin) Edler and Emma (Jacob) Cook, beloved grandchildren Blue, Piper & James Edler and Maliyah Perry, sisters Connie (Walter) Crenshaw, Linda Perry, and Marty Ferrell, brother Michael Perry, as well as nieces and nephew Kim Crenshaw, Stephanie (Lou) Marchesi, Lauren (Andres) Garcia, and Walter Crenshaw, and great nephews and niece Toby, Dominic, Isaac & Olivia. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray & Lois Perry, her former husband Edward Taylor Moore, sister-in-law Qian Jie and brother-in-law Jerry Ferrell.
Carole was a free spirit with a kind and generous nature. She was known for her humor and her deep love and devotion to her family, both near and far. She enjoyed playing flute and guitar and loved making music with her family, especially during the holidays. She was a hard worker all her life who in her spare time liked reading, writing, and gardening, but most of all, her favorite role was as a loving Nana to her grandchildren. She made friends easily and her presence will be missed by those who were fortunate enough to have met her.
