Mary Martha Vaccariello Stephens, age 99, passed away on March 24, 2025, at The Ashford of Mt. Washington. She was born on February 28, 1926, in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Rocco and Rosina Vaccariello and her late sister, Rosella Palazzolo. Mary worked at Rigdon and Company making dice for casinos and making aircraft engines at General Electric. In her spare time, she enjoyed baking and spending time with family and friends. She is survived by three children: Mark (and Ginny) Stephens, Paul (and Charlene) Stephens, and Rose (and Michael) Florez, including grandchildren and great grandchildren. A gathering will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 12pm. until time of service at 2 p.m. at the Fares J. Radel Funeral Homes and Crematory at 5950 Kellogg Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45230.

April 4, 2025 at 7:17 pmShe was a loving mother and mother-in-law and we mourn her loss and celebrate her reuniting with her mom, dad, sister and all the other nieces, nephews and cousins gone before her. She was explicit in what she asked of us after she was gone – a Mass and to be cremated – we shall honor her wishes. Her Mass is scheduled for Monday, June 30th at 8 am at St. Martins Chirch in Cheviot, Cincinnati. Blessing to all who celebrate this incredible woman!
