CUMMINS
Annette, 88, of Newport, KY passed away peacefully at home on December 24, 2015. She is survived by her 3 children; Rick Cummins Jr, Tom Cummins and Joyce (Joseph) Lusher; her siblings; Joyce Vickers, Earl (Laura) Tallon, Larry (Gayla) Tallon, Jerry (Gayle) Tallon and Edward (Ping) Tallon. She will be missed dearly be several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at 11 am until the time of service at 1 pm, both at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Newport, KY. Burial will immediately follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
