Clay “Buddy” Clark, age 83, passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at The Anderson. He was born on August 23, 1940, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to the late Webster “Web” Clark and Marcella Dorothy Clark. Buddy attended Withrow High School. Surviving partner to Maryann Hacker of Cincinnati, Ohio. Buddy worked at River Downs Racetrack as a horse trainer for 62 years, before retiring in 2019. In his spare time, he enjoyed watching football, playing cards, and watching others train and race their horses. Buddy is survived by his two sons Rocky Clark (Kellie) and their daughter Brittany. Son Stoney Clark (Tonya). Buddy was preceded in death by his sister Rita and brothers Tommy and Ralph. A gathering will be held on November 29, 2023, from 4pm to 7pm at the Fares J. Radel Funeral Home-Kellogg. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to Hospice of Cincinnati-Bethesda Foundation, P.O. Box 633597 Cincinnati, Ohio 45263.
