Helen Agnes Carter, age 90, passed away June 18, 2015. Helen enjoyed her position as Cafeteria Manager at Clermont County MMRD. Helen is preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Harry K. Carter and grandson, Ryan Arrasmith. She is survived by her children, Sandi (Bill) Arrasmith and Bob (Sandi) Carter; grandchildren, Mike Arrasmith, Trina (Chris) Howell and Heather (Sean) Patton and great-grandchildren, Hallie & Aiden Howell and Ethan & Seth Patton.
