Mary M. Speaks passed away on July 21, 2021 at Hospice of Cincinnati, in Anderson Township. She was born on December 8, 1936 in Boston, Massachusetts, to the late Thomas and Irene Smallcomb. She married the late Harold E. Speaks on July 2, 1955. She worked for McAlpins for a number of years, before retiring. In her spare time, she loved fishing with Harold and quilting with her friends. She is survived by daughter Debbie Seipelt; grandchildren Shannon Evans and Jonathan Seipelt; and great grandchildren Kyleigh, Foster, Eliza, Meara, and Josie. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Clermont County Senior Services.
